Comfortable and impressive hotel in a charming area close enough to a bus stop, several supermarkets, restaurant and shops, and several restaurants and bars. Favourable and ideal location at a moderate distance from Rethimno Kart. New-fashioned and immaculate rooms with private bathrooms and coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator...
Beds were awful.

The staff consistently provided really good service. The room was spacious, with excellent amenities and a large walk-in shower that added comfort and ease to my experience as a guest with disabilities. The variety of delicious food available was also a highlight, with plenty of options that catered to various dietary requirements.
The lack of adequate storage space in the room made it challenging to keep my belongings organized .

Lunch and evening buffet was great. In the room there was everything you needed: air conditioning, a balcony, a bar and a safe. The staff was very friendly. The massage is great (costs extra). From the beach (Orion beach/Beach bar Roulis) max. 10 minutes walking distance. The bus stop (you can go to Rethymno for example) is directly in front.
The selection at breakfast was moderate. There were a lot of ants at the pool. The air conditioning in the room was a little too loud. Sanitary technology is outdated.

The syntopia is a beautiful hotel with a vibrant atmosphere. The room was spacious, cleaned daily, and the main pool was large and inviting. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. It's just a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing landscaped pools.

Everything was amazing, very good service, ideal location not far from Spa, Gym & Outdoor cinema, Crete island and several supermarkets. I had functional and well-equipped room with mirrors, terrace and a hot tub. The pool was clean and I had soft drinks in the main bar. Late check-out was useful.
The room had very limited views.

Amazing service was a highlight! Harah from the pool service always had a smile, we stayed hydrated. As for the food quality, it continuously was really good, with a wide variety of delicious options.
Room storage left a lot to be desired. The noise from nearby roads detracted from the peaceful atmosphere many hope for.
