Stayed in a double room that was modern and had a nice terrace to chill on. 🌞 the room came equipped with an electric kettle and a fridge for convenience.

Comfortable and impressive hotel in a charming area close enough to a bus stop, several supermarkets, restaurant and shops, and several restaurants and bars. Favourable and ideal location at a moderate distance from Rethimno Kart. New-fashioned and immaculate rooms with private bathrooms and coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator...

Lunch and evening buffet was great. In the room there was everything you needed: air conditioning, a balcony, a bar and a safe. The staff was very friendly. The massage is great (costs extra). From the beach (Orion beach/Beach bar Roulis) max. 10 minutes walking distance. The bus stop (you can go to Rethymno for example) is directly in front.

The selection at breakfast was moderate. There were a lot of ants at the pool. The air conditioning in the room was a little too loud. Sanitary technology is outdated.

Would love to return, it was a perfect 10/10 stay for dreamy vacation. The staff are really courteous and excellent and deserve a 4-star rating.

The room had climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel television. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the hotel offers an outstanding view. - the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. - the service provided by the staff was fantastic.

Everything was amazing, very good service, ideal location not far from Spa, Gym & Outdoor cinema, Crete island and several supermarkets. I had functional and well-equipped room with mirrors, terrace and a hot tub. The pool was clean and I had soft drinks in the main bar. Late check-out was useful.

The Syntopia Hotel is absolutely fabulous and impressive, with welcoming employees who provide fantastic service. the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms are equipped with a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini bar fridge.

The room is luxurious and has all the necessary amenities including a comfortable bed and a large bathroom with walk-in showers.

The staff members are incredibly attentive and provide fantastic service at this place.

Syntopia Hotel exceeded all of our expectations! The unique architecture and chill vibe instantly put us in relaxation mode. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with a natural and stylish design. The hotel's pleasant scent added to the overall experience. The cheerful and courteous staff made us feel right at home. The buffet-style meals were a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of delicious options. We even enjoyed a complimentary wine tasting event by the pool. The value for money was excellent for such a special place. We can't wait to return! Our stay was absolutely syntopic!

The rooms are extremely spacious and beautifully decorated. the breakfast options are top-notch with a variety of fresh foods. - the location is great, close to the fortress, supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and cafes. - Enjoy the heated pool and convenient parking just across the road.

The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the location was convenient, only a short walk away from the beach and close to several bars and restaurants. Plus, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The room was quite small and lacked proper lighting, making it feel gloomy and uncomfortable. Another downside was the extra charges for towels and the room safe, which should have been included in the overall price.
